The Marriott is a landmark for Melbourne and international tourism and the five – star hotel will be Marriott International’s first new-build hotel in Australia in 20 years.

A complex architectural design, the towers cantilever over the existing District Docklands retail precinct with an integrated, automated car parking system for the apartments. Our team worked in close collaboration with project stakeholders to minimise the services impact, achieving the required project outcomes through clever planning and design.
