Accountant Apartment Sold

Anthony Bell, of Bell Partners, has sold his Bondi penthouse apartment for a cool $7.3m AUD before it went to auction.

The apartment sold well above the initial $6.5m AUD valuation, and for 400sqm of incredible views, it was no wonder someone wanted to snatch it up early.

Bell, who just sold this south-facing apartment, also owns the adjoining north-facing penthouse.

These Bondi apartments were offered off the plan in 2006 by the developer Allen Linz of Rebel Property Group and Eduard Litver of Capitel Group, with Bell snatching up the top two.

This specific sale will give confidence to others in the Bondi area, with the median apartment price soaring over $1m AUD.

The likes of James Packer, who subsequently has leased his apartment out to celebrities such as Ricky Martin, will be relieved to hear of such a price sold, as he is expecting $20m+ for his Bondi pad.
