Sherpa Property Group has received DA approval and has officially commenced construction of the highly anticipated Perspective Nexus development at Palm Beach. The start of construction has been marked with a generous donation of $2,500 to the local community youth centre, Fight 4 Youth.
“With construction officially under way, and in a true Sherpa team tradition to mark the occasion, we are proud to support Fight 4 Youth, a community group that is doing amazing work for young people in the local area,” Sherpa Property Group CEO Christie Leet said.
Fight 4 Youth aims to shape the future of young people positively through guidance, mentorship and activities programs.
“Fight 4 Youth’s mission statement is to empower youth, strengthen relationships and inspire respect for themselves and others,” he said.
“The Fight 4 Youth family are so grateful to have received such a generous donation from Christie and the Sherpa Property Group team," said Fight 4 Youth founder and director, Leisa Logan.
"The funds will go a long way to helping us to continue to positively shape the future of young people in our community," she said.
The Perspective Nexus development is a nine-storey project located on a prime 1,583sqm site at 949-953 Gold Coast Highway. The luxury development offers 32 spacious apartments, including two half-floor penthouses and three sky homes with their own private rooftops.
Since gaining DA approval, Perspective Nexus has seen the sale of over 50 per cent of its apartments, with a total worth of $65 million. The development offers numerous communal amenities, including a dedicated wellness space, spa facilities, private dining areas, and a wellness garden.
This project is the latest taken on by Sherpa Property Group since its Gold Coast debut in 2018. It follows the successful completion of Perspective on Albatross.
Sherpa Property Group is also ensuring that the development keeps up with technological advances by providing 79 car parks, electric car charging stations, and a car wash bay, amongst other features.
The construction of Perspective Nexus reinforces Sherpa Property Group’s commitment to the community.
“Our mission now is to deliver this amazing new project for our buyers and have them ready to move in by the end of next year," Christie said.
