David Neitz's Fitzroy Apartment

Former AFL and Melbourne Demons star is selling his investment apartment in Fitzroy.

The three level, four bedroom apartment situated at 61 Leicester Street is due to go to auction this weekend on March 14 with Nelson Alexander Real Estate.

Bought for $650,000 in 2001, the apartment is due to sell for a suspect $1.05m+.

David Neitz is the current all-time lead goal scorer for the Melbourne Demons, and following his retirement from competitive football in 2008, is now at the Hawthorn Football Club in a coaching role.
