Let's be honest, most of us are getting lazy, or at least, are increasingly relying on technology to motivate us.

Whether it be Apple watches, Fitbits, or stand-up alarm clocks, we are today, a pretty unmotivated bunch.

But we’re not ones to judge - so here are three of the latest home-technologies available to you today.

Somabar Robo-Bartender

Let’s be honest, we all love a cocktail or eight. Whether that is a vodka martini, or an old-fashioned, you never find yourself ordering just one. The hard part, as it always is, is to make them.

Somabar is the world’s first robotic bartender that is controlled by an app on your smart phone.

Able to fit into almost any cupboard or cabinet, the SomaBar is the ideal home-party appliance.

Smart bulbs

Smart bulbs are continuing to increase in popularity. They use and require less electricity, are safer against fire-hazards, they can be completely customisable, and are all controlled by an app on your phone.

If you want the globes to portray pink, they will, if you want them to change colours, they will. No longer do you have to juggle shopping bags and mobile phones as you walk in the door at night, the smart bulb will automatically turn on as you walk through the door.

Beddit

Sleep, for many is hard to come by. Waking up tired, or going to bed late, you always seem to find yourself stuck in a state of zombie. 70% of Australians do not get enough sleep, nor do they get enough of the right sleep. The good news, however, is that it is almost always possible to improve it. But how do you know when and what you need to change?

Beddit is a new sleep tracker that attaches to your bed, that will monitor when you wake up during the night, when you enter into deep sleep, how well you slept, as well as how you breathed whilst asleep.

Beddit will present you with a Sleep Score when you wake up, as well as sleep details that will show when you woke up, and when you were in your deepest sleep. An alarm system will also wake you when you are in your lightest stage of sleep - allowing you to wake up feeling fresh and ready for the day ahead.
