Sarah Jessica Parker, renowned for her role as Carrie in ‘Sex And The City’, has just sold her New York City home with husband Matthew Broderick for $18.25m USD. 

Sex And The City known for its emphasis on fashion and design, and its influence clearly trickled into Parker’s home.

Located at 20 East 10th Street, with a bare brick facade, the apartment-building, turned townhouse, is a standout in the street. With parlour features and fireplaces (seven in total - even the bathroom has one) located through out the house, the house has been designed to perfection.
