Created to purposely define the art of fine living, 835 High has been custom designed by Moda and one of Australia’s most recognised and influential design teams, Carr Design.

Setting a new architectural benchmark for Stonnington, 835 High will hold a commanding presence with an abundance of windows and terrace spaces.

Driven by their usual meticulous research, Carr considered how residents would move around and use the interiors of these homes. In doing so, they chose to create spacious home-sized residences using a handcrafted approach.

Interiors were stripped back to their raw form and function, then layers with textures and natural materials. These include elegant arctic white marble kitchen island benches (at a minimum 3.6m length in any apartment) and the warmth of timber flooring.

Finished with precision and clean lines these natural elements are matched by appliances such as black glass Miele appliances, and Liebherr fridges and wine fridges to each home.

Spacious living areas feature built-in timber joinery for books, artwork and prized possessions. In some apartments, separate living areas are divided by a full-height dual-sided fireplace to create distinct spaces for differing functions.

Expansive picture windows offer stunning uninterrupted views toward the city and over Orrong Park. This sense of scale is evident in every aspect of the homes, including the use of full-height pivot and sliding doors – there are no standard low doors to be seen.

Oversized bedrooms create a haven through comfort, a cooler palette, and plenty of natural light. In many residences, these tranquil spaces look out onto green courtyards featuring leafy trees to further enhance their sense of calm and to foster wellbeing.

Similarly, bathrooms are nothing less than soothing places of ritual featuring freestanding Apaiser Soka bathtubs, white Corian vanities and detailed joinery. Once again, outdoor greenery is carefully positioned to visually enhance the interior space.

This landscaping comes courtesy of renowned Acre Studio who focused on building a sanctuary and place of positivity. Infused throughout each home is their emotive, textural approach using a curated plant selection.

835 High continues to deliver a refined lifestyle with its amenities and shared spaces. The private rooftop features a pool for the two half-floor penthouses – in fact, each penthouse benefits from over 300sqm of terrace space!

All residents and guests will be welcomed by the calming grandeur of the private lobby entrance featuring a four-level void of polished plaster – home to the 12-metre-high commissioned sculpture ‘Bird’ by renowned Sydney artist, Anna-Wili Highfield. This gallery-like lobby provides the perfect first impression for your visitors.

Located close to everything sought-after Armadale is renowned for, 835 High is around the corner from its world-class shopping strip and eateries. But dinner worries will be a thing of the past anyway, thanks to much-loved organic grocer Leaf Store taking up residence in the ground floor retail space, offering fresh seasonal produce moments from home.
