Ready for residents to move in over the New Year, Melbourne Square offers an integrated lifestyle like no other.

Conveniently located in the heart of Southbank, offering incredible onsite amenities and luxury two and three-bedroom residences from $698,000 — it’s no wonder 75 per cent of Melbourne Square has already been snapped up.

But there’s still ample time to be part of a project that is set to encompass six towers and deliver a residential lifestyle set amid verdant public and private green open space, retail, a five-star Hilton hotel, office areas and much more.

Melbourne Square will be an outdoor oasis, featuring a glittering outdoor pool with infinity edges, private entertaining pods, and cabanas sat atop an eight-level podium above Southbank — Australia’s leading cultural and artistic precinct.

Executive Chairman Tan Sri Ong Leong Huat of the developer OSK Property says the project will transform the area into a vibrant 24/7 community — one that will have a botanical beating heart in the form of a large public park opening later this year.

“The unique level of luxury and design, expansive amenities and green open spaces is unprecedented for a development in Melbourne,” he adds.

“Melbourne Square residents will have many beautiful spaces beyond their apartments to relax, exercise or entertain friends within the precinct while the larger community of Southbank will gain a new destination for dining, shopping and relaxing outdoors.”

Stage one, set to be fully completed at the end 2020, compromises the precinct’s first two residential towers, but some residents will immediately be able to enjoy the project’s connected locale for the New Year.

“Southbank has access to some of Melbourne’s most dynamic activity zones: the arts precinct, Yarra River, sporting venues and park network,” says Cox Architecture associate Paul Curry.

“To create an uplifting and recognisable identity for Melbourne Square, we focused on incorporating more green spaces that will connect with those other activity zones.”

Part of this promise includes a neighbouring, expansive public park. Opening later this year, this will give Southbank much-needed plant life and a beautiful environment for residents and neighbouring locals to relax and recharge in – and enjoy their summer!

In addition to its planned parkland, residents of Melbourne Square will revel in their own private sauna, steam rooms, a gym, cinema, music room, yoga lawn, table tennis room, a golf simulator and two private dining rooms.

Peering over the bay in one direction and the city skyline in another, it won’t be long after the move-in until level 54 is complete. Featuring five private dining and meeting spaces, a pool deck and gym and an exclusive area for the premium and penthouse apartments, which includes private meeting rooms, gym, a resident’s lounge and a spa — this will bring yet another layer of opulent amenity to this project.

Carr Design wonderfully present residents with their lavish interiors, taking inspiration from the pleated architectural style found on the exterior façade.

“The whole idea of the interiors is to support the language of the architecture with consistent layering of the motif in every space down to the joinery with sculptural pleated forms throughout,” said Carr Design director of architecture Chris McCue.

“We always believe in the power of a simple concept done extremely well and consistently throughout.”
