Iconic Property Developer BPM took home two coveted awards at the 2015 Asia Pacific Property Awards on this month at the Shangri La Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The prestigious awards recognise the best architecture and interior design in the world. Ashley Bramich, Sales and Marketing Director of BPM was in attendance to receive the two esteemed awards on behalf of the company.

BPM won the 5 Star Asia Pacific Property Award for Best Architecture Multiple Residence, Australia for Church Street Hill in Brighton, Victoria. Partnering with leading landscape designer Jack Merlo and Rob Mills Architects for the Church Street Hill property, BPM have created the perfect blend of sophistication and simplicity. Luxury development, North Road Boulevard secured BPM’s second award on the night for Highly Commended Asia Pacific Property Award for Interior Design Apartment, Australia. BPM’s North Road Boulevard Development brings world-class interior design to one of Brighton’s most exclusive locales.

BPM Sales and Marketing Director, Ashley Bramich says “At BPM we are committed to creating truly iconic projects that challenge conventional approaches to residential design. Recognition at the Asia Pacific Property Awards for BPM’s architecture and interior design is testament to this commitment and to the partnerships that BPM maintains with the world’s best designers and architects.”

The fiercely contested architecture categories are sponsored by Elite Stone and the Interior Design categories supported by Grohe, attracting entries from the region’s most well respected architects and designers. The judging committee, comprising over 70 global experts and chaired by three members of the UK’s House of Lords, scrutinised hundreds of entries.

This December, the highest scoring winners from the Asia Pacific region including BPM’s Church Street Hill project will compete against other winning companies from Europe, Africa, Canada, the USA, Central and South America, the Caribbean and Arabia to find the World’s Best in each category.

Stuart Shield, President of the International Property Awards, says, “25 different countries in the Asia Pacific region competed strongly for an Award. The award winners’ logo is an instantly recognised symbol of excellence throughout the global property industry. Attaining one of these coveted awards proves that BPM has all the necessary qualities and professionalism to excel over other companies within the highly competitive Asia Pacific architecture arena.”
