Architecturally designed by global practice Plus Architecture and local Gold Coast award-winning firm BDA Architecture, Capri presents a limited collection of 48 private, luxury villas set within a secure gated community on the Isle of Capri.

Monaco Property Group Director Jonathan Grasso says the architects have taken a highly considered masterplanning approach to delivering a project that residents can be proud of and the local community can embrace.

“The esteemed architectural and design accolade serves as a testament to Plus Architecture and BDA Architecture’s exceptional design of the villas and the masterplan as a whole,” Jonathan said.

“The masterplan design includes five unique villa designs, each with its own distinctive offering and individual aesthetic that responds to its location within the community.

“These luxury villas have been thoughtfully crafted with three or four bedrooms plus multi-purpose room, and feature architecturally designed indoor-outdoor living spaces to suit the discerning downsizer or modern family.”

The villas’ quality construction of concrete, block work, and suspended concrete slabs have been well received by the market and buyers alike.

Highly revered landscape architecture firm LDG is also on the team. The Gold Coast-based company has designed a lush tropical oasis at the heart of the estate, further ensuring Capri as a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.

“Central to the community is an exclusive coastal garden resort reserved for residents,” Jonathan said.

“Collaborating with Plus Architecture, LDG Landscape Architects infused artful landscaping into the recreation spaces, prioritising outdoor relaxation.

“This tranquil area features world-class amenities including a resort-style pool and sun deck, covered entertaining area and BBQ pavilion, residents’ lounge complete with built-in bar, fully equipped kitchen, TV, electric fireplace, and more.”

Located on a rare 1.2-hectare site, Capri is Isle of Capri’s first large-scale residential project in over 30 years. With strategic dual-street frontages onto Salerno and Elliott Streets, Capri fosters luxurious inner-city living that has been met with unprecedented demand as the masterplanned community is 50% sold, having garnered over $56 million in sales since it hit the market just four months ago.

“The Gold Coast has not seen a residential development of this calibre in such a prominent inner-city location in a very long time, which is why Capri is ticking the boxes for a huge range of buyers,” said NPA Projects Director Andrew Erwin.

“With a prime locale close by – Surfers Paradise, Bundall, and Broadbeach – it is hard to beat Capri’s top location right in the heart of the city yet tucked away in a quiet residential pocket, long revered as one of the most coveted addresses on the Gold Coast.”

Construction is due to begin in December 2023, with just 24 of the existing 48 villas remaining. Three-bedroom villas are priced from $2.19 million.
