On the first floor, Dixon and Sons is a modern brasserie committed to creating intimate spaces that, all together, make the establishment effervescent. Waiters with trolleys hand guests menus featuring rotating seasonal produce at their tables while the entire place hums with vibrant energy. After dinner, guests can bar-hop to Spice Trader on the fourth floor for a signature cocktail. The owners of the bar decided to play on the hotel building’s history to pay homage to the beginning of spice trades in Asia.
