“As you spend more time in the cafes and shops, you see the same people and strike up a natural friendships,” Ryan added. It’s part of what makes a place an actual community. There’s a really welcoming energy. Whether you’re in the park or supermarket, people smile and say hello. And it’s not only with other residents, but the shop owners too. Everyone is really friendly.”
