“Site works have progressed strongly since the start of 2019,” Adrian Pozzo, CEO of Cbus Property says. “The team from Hutchinson Builders is doing an amazing job in preparing the site for construction.”

Construction of the first tower is expected to take just over two years, with completion expected in the third quarter of 2021.

Comprising three towers and 1,681 sqm of retail space as well as 1,921 sqm of open space, the precinct has been designed by award-winning Architectus in collaboration with Arcadia Landscape Architecture.

Beautiful landscaping and bespoke plantings circle the precinct’s perimeter, and paved pathways will connect the proposed share-way with the Epping Town Centre and Eastern Epping.

“These pedestrian links will create a sense of community for residents and locals,” Adrian explains. “We’re sure that because of its proximity to all of Epping’s nearby amenities, it will immediately feel like part of the local area.”

The site’s location on the highest land point in Epping means every home achieves stunning panoramic views to the Sydney CBD and Harbour Bridge to the south-east, as well as the Blue Mountains to the west.

Comprising 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, each home has been meticulously designed with contemporary interiors featuring neutral tones and premium inclusions, setting a new benchmark in quality apartment living.

“Ultimately, apartment living will play an increasingly significant role in our way of life over the next 20-30 years,” Adrian says. “And we’re committed to delivering superior apartments for our next generation of homeowners, as we transition away from the traditional 600sqm block of land.”

The development team knows that stunning homes and high-quality on-site amenities are just one aspect of apartment living, however, which is yet another reason they chose the unique site in Epping.

“It is in close proximity to Epping Station, a major transport hub less than 100 metres away, ensuring commuters will have train services to the city every four minutes during peak periods,” Adrian adds. “Meaning residents will be extremely well connected.”

“We’re excited to deliver a transformational, world-class project for the people of north-west Sydney.”
