Construction kicks off at multi-award-winning Isle of Capri villas, now over 60% sold

Gold Coast developer Monaco Property Group (MPG) has begun construction at its multi-award-winning Isle of Capri development, Capri. The landmark project has moved beyond the demolition stage, with civil works starting recently.

The collection has garnered immense buyer interest, with over 60% of Capri already sold. Positioned on a prime 1.2-hectare site, Capri is the largest residential project in the prestigious Gold Coast suburb in over three decades. He also expressed optimism regarding the sales trajectory, stating, “With construction moving forward so quickly it has instilled a high level of confidence in our existing and prospective buyers.”

The remaining three-bedroom villas are currently on the market, priced from $2.395 million.
