Conceived by Plus Architecture and renowned interior designer Hecker Guthrie - together with developer DealCorp - the residences at Glenarm Square are created to foster a better, greener environment in the future. Key sustainability features include rainwater harvesting and reuse to lower body corporate fees for residents, an average 6-star energy rating on all apartments, solar panels to harness renewable energy and reduce carbon emissions, double glazing throughout and an overall environmentally friendly design to reduce the need for daily heating and cooling.

With so many environmental initiatives at the forefront of Glenarm Square’s core design, you may expect it to come at the cost of aesthetics and functionality but it’s quite the opposite. We spoke to Kate and Rav who have recently purchased one of the luxury apartments at Glenarm Square.

AD Group:

Why did you decide to choose Glenarm Square?

Kate & Rav:

Glenarm Square was the first apartment we actually looked at when we decided we were looking for our future home - not just an investment property. The price, location, space and size of their 3 bedroom apartment were the biggest factors to us choosing Glenarm Square. Plus all the amenities that come with the development.

AD Group:

What is your favourite design element in your new home at Glenarm Square?

Kate & Rav:

Hecker Guthrie has created a beautiful home with the interiors. From the cabinetry in the kitchen and dining, to the stunning bathrooms. The natural elements and stone - it’s luxury at its finest. We can’t choose just one element; we truly love our new home as a whole.

AD Group:

Did you choose the light or dark colour scheme for your apartment?

Kate & Rav:

Our apartment was allocated the dark scheme but if it wasn’t, we honestly would have chosen the dark scheme - natural dark stone is timeless.

AD Group:

Had you seen any of DealCorp/Plus Architecture’s works before?

Kate & Rav:

We knew a few DealCorp projects like C.F. Row Fitzroy, Greville and Claremont Street South Yarra. We also knew Plus Architecture had a wide variety of accomplished projects in lots of different fields. We were not surprised at the partnership in Glenarm Square.
