Property developer Azure has put the last eight residences of its sophisticated One Earle Lane development on the market. Located in the bustling region of Toowong, Queensland, the remaining offering includes six apartments and two penthouses.

The property release comes amid a boom in Toowong's property market, which has witnessed an impressive 18% median price growth in the past year, outperforming the overall unit market in Brisbane. Azure Director Trent Kiernan expressed their excitement over the final release.

The two penthouses, priced from $3.6 million each, offer city views, park views, and spacious living areas with expansive balconies. The final six remaining apartments are part of the Parkview Collection, featuring three bedrooms, a multi-purpose room, 2.5 bathrooms, and two-car parking slots.

The development promises to provide residents with matchless amenities such as a well-equipped wellness area, a 25-meter heated lap pool, beautiful resort-style facilities on the rooftop, and impeccable concierge services. 

Courtney and Simon Caulfield, top agents enlisted by Azure, have noted sustained interest in high-end apartment markets, given the current tight supply conditions.

“Brisbane’s unit market has experienced the second-highest capital growth nationally, with a notable growth rate of 14.8 per cent over the past 12 months,”  Mrs. Caulfield said.

According to Mr. Caulfield, buyers in the high-end property market want more than just a residence: they seek a residence that "encapsulates luxury, security, and convenience." 

He added that given the recent surge in unit prices in Brisbane, buyers feel a sense of urgency, which he expects to be consistent with One Earle Lane.

Since its establishment in 2014, Azure has delivered over 1,400 terraces, units, and residential lots and boasts an active portfolio of seven developments valued at over $500 million. One of their star projects, One Five Six by Azure at New Farm, set a record for the inner-city unit price in 2022 with its $11.4 million penthouse sale.

Set for completion by the end of 2024, One Earle Lane combines modernist open-plan living with Brisbane's subtropical climate. The development stands as a statement of Azure's commitment to delivering timeless architecture and superior amenities.
