We hadn't been looking very long at all, maybe a month or so. 

Had you seen any of Conrad Architects work before?
No we hadn't, but we had heard good things from friends who were familiar with their work.  

Why did you decide to choose Daracombe?
The location was a key factor in our decision to purchase. We both know the area well and the schools are fantastic, so it is a really perfect option for our family. We love the idea of living somewhere brand new and with the type of finishes that Daracombe offers. We have been living in an apartment for a few years now and really like the simplicity that comes with apartment living.

We chose the light scheme

What is your favourite design element in your new home at Daracombe?
The sleekness of the kitchen and bathroom which evoke feelings of total luxury. 

How have you found the process of buying off-the-plan?
Really straight forward, which has been good as this is our first off-the-plan purchase!
