Gurner's New Ikebana

Gurner's new development, Ikebana, has just launched, and the hype around the development has already caught fire.

Ikebana is the fifth development by Gurner's founder and director, Tim Gurner and has been designed by Elenberg Fraser.

Located in West Melbourne, these luxury 241 one and two bedroom apartments, split over three buildings, will start at $330,000, and Gurner is really excited to see it come to life.

With modern japanese influences, as hinted by the name, the development with feature cascading flower boxes with 'represented' hand-tprn paper along the front of the facade.

Tim Gurner, who used to be at the infamous PanUrban, run by property development guru Morry Schwartz, has brought his knowledge and edginess to the fore front of the property industry.
