About a year's search of apartments in the inner-suburbs close to the city.

Why did you decide to choose Daracombe? 
The quality of the property, as well as the convenient location close to the city, amenities, public transport, parks, walking trails, restaurants and shopping is what attracted us to Daracombe.  

We are downsizing, so the size of the property suits our needs – and with the garden space also made it very attractive.

What is your favourite design element in your new home at Daracombe?
The choice of quality fittings and the bathroom with the full length mirrors. We love the colour scheme too.

How have you found the process of buying off -the-plan? 
It was an easy buying process. We were given visuals of the plan to assist in visualising the space, and the helpfulness of Marshall White sales executive made the process easy. 

We managed to make some early changes to the plan and have continued to seek greater clarity of storage space that may entail further changes, all without issues.
