How long had you been looking before securing your home at Elwood Park?

About 6 months. We love real estate, and we were conscious of keeping our eye out for a home that would allow us to live the life we envisaged into retirement.

Had you seen any of DKO or Mim Design’s work before?

No, however we were aware of Mim Design and like their interiors. 

Why did you decide to choose Elwood Park?

The location, boutique layout, spacious outdoor area, the location and services. We also love the close proximity to shopping precincts, the park and the beach. 

What is your favourite design element in your new home at Elwood Park?

The open-plan living, and definitely the outdoor area. 

How have you found the process of buying off-the-plan?

This far, easy, since we haven’t experienced buying off-the-plan before. The team has been responsive and really helpful.
