Before securing your new home at Timeless, how long had you been looking?

We were looking to purchase a property for the last few years. 
 

Had you seen any of Ewert Leaf’s work before?

No, we didn’t see their work before but I have heard about them from colleagues of mine. 
 

Why did you decide to choose Timeless?

It is in a prime location, and it is mostly owner occupied and it is not a massive complex with hundreds of apartments being built for mass foreign investors. The moment we knew about Timeless we knew it was the right apartment for us, as we were after a quality apartment.

What is your favourite design element in your new home at Timeless?
The Kitchen benchtop and the stone backsplash material.

How have you found the process of buying off the plan? 

It was much more straightforward than I thought it would be. Kierra from Marshall White was super helpful, she was very professional and very easy to deal with. On so many occasions she understood where I was coming from, and understood my concerns. She helped us a lot in dealing with unknowns in the contract and made the process very streamline for us – especially when it came to changing minor details of the plan to accommodate our needs.
