Melbourne Quarter is one of the largest mixed-use urban regeneration developments in Melbourne in over a decade. Project construction began in 2016 and is expected to be finished, in installments of individual towers and public space, over six to eight years. The developer of the project, Lendlease, is bringing 60 years of national and international experience to this development and will rejuvenate the west end of Melbourne’s CBD.

East Tower, the first residential tower for the precinct, features one, two and three bedroom apartments designed by award-winning firm, Fender Katsalidis Architects. With commanding views of the Melbourne CBD, each home is complete with contemporary fittings and European appliances. Your new home will be aesthetically pleasing, refined and elegant.

Melbourne Quarter will become a destination where people will gather to work, live and play. Lendlease has an integrated delivery model that will be used to partner with local government, public bodies, and surrounding communities. This will ensure Melbourne Quarter’s apartments and public areas will be functional and enjoyable places where the community can connect.

Lendlease is committed to sustainability, and Melbourne Quarter has been awarded the highest available rating for sustainable precincts in Australia by the Green Building Council of Australia, receiving a 6 Star Green Star Communities rating for the precinct. Recognising Melbourne Quarter for its world leadership in sustainability, the precinct’s sustainability performance was measured across five impact categories – Governance, Liveability, Economic Prosperity, Environment, and Innovation.  Apartments at Melbourne Quarter will also use captured stormwater irrigation, and each home will have appliances with a minimum of 6-star ratings.

In conjunction with this focus on individual green living inside Melbourne Quarter, over 50 per cent of the site will be dedicated to open public spaces. One of these will be Melbourne’s first ever elevated Sky Park, sitting above Collins Street, as well as a large public square, a neighbourhood park and a new Melbourne laneway that will connect Collins and Flinders Streets.

Residents will enjoy access to three levels of resort-style amenities at Club MQ including a 25-metre indoor pool, spa, steam room, sauna, gym, yoga studio, private dining spaces, lounge and a theatrette.

Located between Flinders Street and Collins Street, Melbourne Quarter will be directly opposite Southern Cross station, meaning residents will have access to convenient and fast public transport both within the city and to outer suburbs across Victoria.
