They say lifestyle defines your level of happiness. If that’s the case, then One The Waterfront could be the happiest place in Sydney.

Nestled between beautiful Homebush Bay and some of Australia’s biggest urban parklands, One The Waterfront provides luxury spaces that inspire resort-like views and luxurious amenity.

“With both amazing parklands and in an amazing waterfront location,” said Rhys Morgan of LINK, “there are also an array of future projects in the area that include a luxury marina and a nautically inspired maritime retail precinct, which really does make you feel like you are living in a stunning holiday resort.”

The pet-friendly ONE The Waterfront has been designed by eminent architect Frank Stanisic, and is being developed by PietyTHP.

It will feature two sky parks totalling 1,400sqm – one with a rooftop cinema; the other with barbecue and picnic facilities. Spanning the two will be a sturdy two-metre wide skybridge flanked by high glass screens.

Located only 16kms west of Sydney’s CBD, this stunning collection of residences are designed specifically for those who demand beautiful surrounds to complement a convenient lifestyle.

“Wentworth Point is strategically positioned to allow for close access to the CBD, all the while providing panoramic views of the harbour.

“You’ll be hard pressed to find anywhere else on the water at such great value, and with such great amenity.”

It is not only the luxurious design that will captivate even the most resilient of potential buyers, but rather a selection of finishing touches that one would more associate with five star hotels than apartment residences.

In 2016, people are busier than they have ever been. As we get used to online shopping and services at our demand, all at the tap of a touch screen, families are now prioritising their time, allowing them to spend more moments together.

It is here that One The Waterfront has established a concierge service for all residents.

“A concierge provides a variety of services that make your life easier and means you have less duties to worry about,” said Rhys Morgan.

“Whilst traditionally a concierge has been a premium service that you don’t usually see in affordable accommodation, One The Waterfront has taken that extra step.”

“As Wentworth Point is an up and coming area, it allows the development to add services and amenities, like a concierge, rooftop cinema and exclusive residents club, and still be more affordable than inner city living.”

Many of the apartments include ‘all season living rooms’ which is an area that can be manipulated to act as an outdoor balcony space, or alternatively, as an extended living area when it is closed.

“All of the residences are smart apartments, meaning that different features such as lighting, TV or stereo sound are all controlled by a smart-tablet. There is also a One The Waterfront app which will allow you to control almost every aspect of your apartment without getting out of bed.”

ONE The Waterfront is the premier location at Wentworth Point, and the apartments are the result of 15 years of resident feedback and design experience so they will be the highest quality created here,” said Rhys Morgan, Sales Director of LINK Realty.

“On average the one-bedrooms are 15 percent larger and the two-bedrooms 25 percent larger than competing apartments at Wentworth Point.”

The NSW Government has designated Wentworth Point as a suburb of State significance and has upgraded the ferry wharf and increased services, which now run every 30 minutes in peak times between Circular Quay and Parramatta.

A bridge spanning 400 metres over Homebush Bay is scheduled to open in May, linking Wentworth Point to Rhodes and its train station. A light rail service is proposed to link Wentworth Point to Westmead and Strathfield, while road upgrades include widening the M4 and adding an on-ramp from Hill Road, as well as improving vehicle access into the suburb.

Further additions over the next 18 months include a primary school with playing fields, a 3.9-ha peninsula park, a luxury marina, wide cycling and walking paths, and a waterfront promenade running the length of the suburb.

“It provides a relaxed lifestyle along a grand stretch of water, with parklands for residents to unwind, walkways shaded by palm trees, shops for essential services and casual browsing, and sidewalk cafes where you can pause and watch the passing parade of craft.
