Kangaroo Point's newfound luxury building, Sorano House by Trezetto Developments, has set a record for an apartment sale in Brisbane. The sale of a two-storey penthouse has secured the highest internal square metre rate of $45,016, making a sale at a whopping $14 million ahead of its official release. This sale price breaks the Queensland capital's former record, achieved last year at Spyre Group's Moray House development in New Farm.
The penthouse purchaser bagged an ultra-exclusive four-bedroom residence in Sorano House, one of the few full-floor homes on the offering.
