Pagewood boasts a number of desirable suburb selling points including three of Australia’s leading golf courses, UNSW’s campus and a plethora of vibrant shopping options. Add to this the new apartment project known as S Pagewood.

S for Silk, that is. The project’s creators, Silkari have taken their name to heart with an exquisite residential building that screams luxury from every flowing, silk-like sculpted balcony.

This collection of one, two and three bedroom apartments has been designed by leading architects Turner Studio to create residences that maximise light and space, and their intention to offer a residential environment that elevates how you live has resulted in a genuinely beneficial result.

We’re seeing more and more mixed product developments that offer a wide choice of both apartments and townhouses. It’s a trend that creates a broader mix of residents, from singles to larger families, and S Pagewood seems to have embraced this completely.

Palettes throughout these homes offer a light or dark scheme, defined through a selection of premium finishes, treatments and European Oak flooring. Whichever you choose, there’ll be plenty of scope to add your own touch.

In our book, nothing says apartment sophistication like an elegantly appointed kitchen that beckons guests to mingle. Consider the large island bench as the hub of these entertainer-friendly spaces, with stylish pendant lighting, stone bench tops and splashbacks, sleek cabinetry and Miele appliances.

If you visit our site often you’ll know we love bathrooms that create a sense of calmness, and Silkari have certainly ramped up the serene luxury here. Large stone floor tiles ground the space, whilst a combination of timber-look textures and sumptuous marble combine with contemporary copper-toned tapware for a space we suspect you’ll spend a considerable amount of time pampering yourself in.

Exclusivity seems to be a catch-cry for the design of the overall project, with S Pagewood containing a number of private and secluded outdoor areas for relaxation and reflection, including lush landscaped gardens, terraces and even playgrounds for the kids. We’re pretty impressed with the large central garden complete with trees and rich planting, a tranquil oasis which most apartments get to look out over.

Who doesn’t want a home in a leafy suburb just a short distance from the the city? S Pagewood is only 8km from Sydney CBD with plenty of way to get there. If you’re a city commuter this may just be the end of your search for the perfect apartment – catch the train or make use of your included parking space, there’s at least one for each apartment.

Anyone who knows Pagewood understands the local aesthetic, which harks back to the old community values yet has everything a contemporary suburb needs. Count numerous coffee shops, restaurants and fresh global produce as your new go-to spots, not to mention the wealth of parks, sports facilities (three prestigious golf courses within walking distance) and larger shopping centres like Westfield Eastgardens just a kilometre away.

Weave together the quality of these homes with the convenience of the location and yes, as was the intention, S by Silkari is very much cut from a different cloth.
