Before securing your new home at Verse, how long had you been looking?

We had been looking in the market for about 2 years before we found Verse - it was love at first sight!

Had you seen any of Paragon or Chamberlain Architects work before?

As we are both in the architecture industry, we recognise Chamberlain Architects’ works and also John Patrick too.

Why did you decide to choose Verse?

The location! Walking distance to Sunshine Station, and location within the general residential zone are our priorities. Plus, we love the townhouse design very much, minimalist and modern.

Did you choose the light or dark scheme?

Light scheme. We thought this scheme would brighten up the interior of the house and give us a warm feeling.

What is your favourite design element in your new home at Verse?

We love the concept and design of Verse. We think the large pitched roof from the exterior gives you a home feeling and mixing with contrast materials from timber, steel, concrete, and gardening makes up a perfect combination for a house.

How have you found the process of buying off-the-plan? 

The decision gives us some benefits, for example – big stamp duty savings, repair cost-saving (due to it is a brand new house), buys at today’s price even if the value increases by that time we move in, and most importantly – we buy time as we want to get our foot into the property market as quickly as possible.
