Melbourne-based developer Sunkin Property Group is launching its premium collection of townhomes within its Bayside masterplanned community, Highett Common.

Boasting over four hectares of parkland, Highett Common will be home to a series of architecturally distinct apartments, terraces, and townhomes, with stage 1 already over 60% sold. Sunkin Property Group is set to launch The Townhomes at Highett Common during their grand launch event this Saturday, the 21st of October.
