26 Vista, MRCB International’s sought-after Gold Coast apartment project, has emerged as a top choice for Surfers Paradise buyers, with soaring sales exceeding $170 million – another record-breaking quarter for the development. This notable achievement sets a new benchmark for real estate dealings, even amidst current market fluctuations.

Located within walking distance of everything Northcliffe has to offer, residents of 26 Vista will be moments from world-class beaches, acclaimed restaurants, and some of the Coast’s best retail. It’s no wonder discerning buyers are flocking to this Surfers Paradise address.

Launched in early 2023, 26 Vista’s success can largely be attributed to the significant demand from interstate buyers from Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney. Despite prevailing market variations, luxury apartments on the Gold Coast continue to draw substantial attention, particularly following an increase in local downsizer inquiries since MRCB secured funding from Malaysian financial institution MBSB Bank in June 2023.

Urban Activation’s CEO and Lead Sales Agent, Matt George, spoke fondly of the demand, stating, “Buyers from Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney continue to show keen interest in 26 Vista, and we anticipate the increase in downsizers to progress.”

He went on to predict the surge of interest to continue well into 2024 and forecasts that sales will surpass an impressive $200 million in sales for the next quarter.

MRCB International’s admirable commitment to pushing boundaries in residential development has been truly mirrored in 26 Vista’s acclaim, especially considering its sustainability credentials. The development is fast on its way to becoming the ‘Greenest Tower on the Gold Coast,’ offering unique features such as EV car sharing in partnership with Outbound.

The two, three, and four-bedroom apartments offer the idyllic coastal lifestyle. Here, residents will have exclusive access to luxurious amenities, including private rooftop gardens, residents’ lounges offering panoramic views, a state-of-the-art gym, outdoor yoga space, pool, spa, sauna, steam room, and more.

MRCB International CEO, Ravi Krishnan, expressed his delight at the overwhelming interest in 26 Vista, stating, “We are committed to setting new benchmarks in residential developments, making the choice to introduce the groundbreaking vision of 26 Vista to the Gold Coast skyline.

“In designing 26 Vista, our aim was to mirror the dedication we bring to all our projects, carefully crafting a sustainable yet prestigious living experience for both current and future residents of Surfers Paradise.

“We firmly believe that 26 Vista is poised to emerge as the greenest tower on the Gold Coast skyline, whilst upholding a heavy focus on luxury and top-tier finishes.”

As 26 Vista gears up for construction which is set to commence in mid-2024, George shared, “Buyers are recognising the unparalleled value in the beachside location and the unprecedented level of finishes that 26 Vista brings to the Gold Coast.

“As we get closer to breaking ground on site, we’ve seen increased enquiries, for our range of three and four-bedroom apartments which all capture panoramic views over the Gold Coast.”

The sustained demand in sales and increasing inquiries are a testament to MRCB International’s commitment to excellence in the real estate sector. The builder announcement for the project is keenly awaited in the coming months.
