Why developers are betting big on resident wellbeing

With the rise of new residential developments around the country offering exclusive resident-only amenities as standard, it’s obvious buyers and renters are seeking such services as “must-haves” in their homes.

They seek the convenience of having their gym just an elevator ride away or a common dining area to host special events that their residences can’t contain. All in all, they seek wellness. And who can blame them? Particularly in the wake of the pandemic that’s taught us all the importance of wellbeing and community.

Carter agreed.
