Few buyers get the chance to purchase in a vibrant new community that’s specifically designed for their lifestyle, but visionary new waterfront community Woolooware Bay from developers Capital Bluestone and Aoyuan International offers exactly that.

A growing community already proving popular amongst owner-occupiers, investors, local buyers, families, and downsizers, Woolooware Bay is packed with welcoming features.

This is friendly neighbourhood living at its best, with pools and parks, the soon to come 18,000sqm Bay Central shopping centre which will be anchored by Woolworths and ALDI, and the revitalised Cronulla Sharks Leagues Club contributing to the extraordinary sense of community.

As part of its masterplan, Woolooware Bay takes resort living to luxurious new heights but is uniquely defined by the people who live here. They are already enjoying the many regular community events such as book club meetings, Blokes of Woolooware catchups and Live Life Get Active fitness groups.

On completion, Woolooware Bay Town Centre will comprise 898 apartments, across four stages. Currently, Stages 1 and 2 are complete and residents have moved in. Stage 3 apartments are now selling with buyers excited to settle in early 2020 and Stage four is also now selling with completion expected in 2022.

First home buyer Shannon purchased in Stage 1. She lives with her mum and her dog Leo and was attracted to the community vibe.

“I love taking Leo for walks along the boardwalk. Everyone is super nice, super friendly,” she says. “Everyone helps each other out.”

With a wide selection of layouts to suit all buyers, each one, two and three-bedroom home has been designed to take advantage of its stunning waterside surrounds.

Views and outlooks of Woolooware Bay’s stunning natural setting are maximised through smart use of design and building positioning – the concept of ‘building within landscape’ allows the development to feel like an extension of its lush green environment.

The community’s final stage has been keenly anticipated by existing residents as well as locals from across the Shire, who are eagerly awaiting the new Bay Central shopping centre.

Local buyers in the broader community have been particularly active with many of them repeat purchasers from earlier stages of the project – and they’re keen to share their love of the place.

Residents Sue and Steve initially purchased their apartment in Woolooware Bay as an investment, before realising they loved it and decided to downsize there. They particularly enjoy being walking distance to the beach.

“The beauty of it is we’re only two minutes away by car, could probably walk in 20 minutes,” says Steve, who is an accountant and was very thoughtful about their purchase into Wooloware Bay. “It was our first time buying brand new. I thought the whole thing went very smoothly.”

Steve and Sue’s son Tim, a first-time investor, moved from Menai in the Sutherland Shire to Woolooware Bay with his parents. After buying off the plan, Tim, who is also studying accountancy, bought into Stage 3.

“The vibrancy and community atmosphere is great,” Tim says. “Seeing my family so happy here made the decision easy.”
