Inspired by the vernacular of the nearby Kangaroo Point Cliffs, Canopy House explores ornamental design through the intertwining of nature and architecture. 

Layered edges have been combined with elegant corner thresholds that encourage shade and protection, with a series of trees that scale the full height of the building, starting at ground floor level and concluding on the rooftop club area. 

A mix of geometric and organic shapes, the bespoke graphic featured throughout the development is a stylised reflection of the building as a whole and a visual expression of the inspiration behind its design. 

Located at the rise of Leopard Street, the area around Canopy House is set to transform over the next ten years. The new $5.4 billion Cross River Rail Woolloongabba Station Precinct, which lies opposite Canopy House, will bring a host of new bars, restaurants, shops, public park space and community facilities. The new Cross River Rail network will provide world-class public transport services, whilst new pedestrian walkways will better connect visitors to the nearby Gabba stadium, which is also set for a $1 billion refurbishment in time for the 2032 Olympic Games. 

Landscaping has been perfectly integrated through the trees and planting that scale the corner thresholds, whilst wrap-around balconies transition seamlessly from indoor living areas, delivering one of Aria’s finest living experiences to date.
